Way too glitchy. Using Samsung galaxy s6 classic with and without it's own 4g sim activated. It takes ages for the yardage to load so useless on that count. It will tell you a yardage wrong then change. Why the hell does it say hole 1 on 10th? No holes 10-18 on any course. NO REFUND GIVEN EITHER.... READ THEIR RESPONSE AND THEY STILK HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME?
The app doesn't do the full 18 holes continuously. There is a 9 out 9 in but when you switch to the 9 in. It's seems to not work and knock off the 1st 9. Really disappointing
UPDATE auto shot tracking is on, watch software is up to date. I emailed support twice. Still no fix for the automatic shot tracking or losing the GPS midway through a round. I tried to contact support but they won't return my emails. I got the Galaxy watch 5 golf edition. I have the same issues as everyone else with the app dropping and then not being able to continue until I get to the next tee box. I was excited for this but I've golfed a few rounds and it has yet to track a single shot.
Still haven't been able to use 18 holes without a problem.
Won't let me use app on new phone and watch says I have to re-subscribe.
Not easy to used and difficult to open the apps. keep asking to subscribe
Terrible, does not work
Payed for a year subscription. Used to work well. Hasn't work this year at all. I've updated to the latest versions on both my watch and phone. Frustrating.
Terrible App, worked fine on the trial. First round after paying the yearly fee and it wont connect to the GPS. Edit: Thanks for responding but it's 100% without a doubt a problem with your app. Obvious by the hundreds and hundreds of 1* and 2* reviews. I opened Google Maps on my Watch at the same time and the GPS on there was bang on. The GPS on the Smart Caddie App was nowhere near close. I even manually chose the teebox and it said I was 600 yards away. Sub cancelled and refund requested.
If I could give a negative star rating, I would. The phone app makes me want to return the Galaxy Watch 5 Golf Edition.
