I was excited to start using this app to track migraines but the 'dark mode only' setting triggered my migraine. Awful not to have an option to turn this off in an app designed for people with light sensitivity. Deleted immediately.
Reduced back to one star due to the support staff frequently implying that I dislike the app due to me not knowing how to use it. I know how to use the app, it simply does not meet the needs I have to track my various illnesses and I have chosen a different app that better suits my needs. This app was not tailored to my needs in a useful manner and is not for me. I also had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get out of their bugged subscription screen that wouldn't let me move forward.
I like the app but it's severely reduced in accuracy for me since they removed the ongoing notification during an attack (the notification every few hours instead does not work for me). Without the original notification style, I forget to log changes and the end of my attack, which severely reduces the apps usefulness and accuracy
Edit: I don't need you to "keep my data safe" I need you to not keep my data! Original review. Have to create an account to use it?! Never got past the opening screen. If you don't want an app that forces you to register, don't bother to download this. Of course I want my information safe. And because I value my privacy and have a reasonable fear of data breaches, I try to keep as much of my information off the cloud as possible.
Hard to use. Full of up selling and subscriptions. Doesn't do much as far as helping dealing or tracking migraines or headaches. Pain to use.
Well for the past three days, I have been unable to use this app. All I get are notice popups that there is an error. I have been struggling to use this app for the past 3 months and kept expecting it to get better. The app used to be good. Now it's not. I am frustrated that it has been updated to the point where it is non- useable.
Does not show pricing before downloading app, no free trial
I just signed up. Made my purchase and it keeps sending me back to the purchase page. I can't even log in. Frustrating
I loved the app before the new updates, it's harder to tell what's going on and to input info. It was a 4 star before the updates.
Doesn't include all of my symptoms
