Worst app, most of the clinic location data is outdated, when you call the clinic they don't even recive the phone to get their new location. It's not my job to share the wrong data with you, instead check with all the clincs if their data is upto date in you app.
not user friendly. required lots of patience to wait for support and worst still, have to pay first then claim. very tedious to manage the claim one by one. don't understand why company go with healthmetrics to manage the Healthcare benefits. I don't see benefits to me. only adding more work and follow through from individual. not recommended
