never had a problem canceling something I didn't sign up for. I had the app for one night and support told me they canceled it for me so I guess that was a lie too? You guys are highway robbers on Google Play. That's stealing & committing fraud. If I reached out to your support team when I first made this and I go in the app and it's telling me I still have a 14.99 charge coming you guys are stealing people's info trapping them into that and not letting them get out of what you put them in
Just nope. This is a terrible app. it's completely incompatible with my phone. The codes they sent me they didn't even give me a chance to finish putting them in before telling me they were invalid, even though they weren't. I had to repeat this several times all with the same result. This app should be taken off Play store because it doesn't work.
I was only eligible for $65 lol next I get hit with a 5.99 membership fee after I paid them back and closed the account. I was never reimbursement my money. don't take nothing from me especially if i didn't authorize it. I don't care how much or what it is. Won't use them again and I still want my money back

System still fails to notice years of direct deposits in my account and wrongfully rejected me as ineligible for cash advance even though I meet all requirements listed, I qualifed afterwards for Dave and empower and now a month or two later have 300 and 150 borrowing limits through them but still can't get a single dollar from brigit. clearly their system is glitching and rejecting qualified customers.
Horrible tried connecting my bank account to it and it just constantly says link all accounts which I have numerous times and it still doesn't work why offer something that doesn't work????

How can you tell me you physically cannot verify my identity AFTER you take my credit card info and all of my personal information? This goes beyond poor customer service, I will be following up with the BBB to have my information secured. I verified there were absolutely no mistakes or errors on my information and submitted it three times and was denied each time. Absolutely terrible app that will waste your time and lie to you.
It said I was eligible for the instant cash but I can't afford to pay the subscription every month. Oh well, I'm sure this helps other people.
