Very non-userfriendly app. Tried registering on the website of my country, and it took me to the English app. When I tried changing my meals it demanded I type in an address for a country I do not live in. I ended up with a box of stuff I did not want. STAY AWAY FROM HELLOFRESH! Use other delivery companies instead!
My account never received my order
First delivery had bell peppers that were black inside and blue moulded. Baby gem lettuce was off and soo bitter that it over powered the taste of everything else so much that nobody in my family could finish the meal and had to be thrown out. We had already paused our 2nd week delivery as going on holiday. But still was processed with random meals we didn't choose and charged for. Would definitely not recommend. I sent pictures of the peppers and heard nothing back. Plan cancelled
They are just scam artists. I signed up for a free box with my email and phone number and upon applying was informed I would be 'called by a member of hello fresh' which it did NOT mention when I signed up, I thought it would be a coupon code. What actually persisted were weeks of dodging phone calls, hoping they would get the message. However I accidentally picked up one of them and it was one of those classic phonecalls make you feel bad for wasting their time, I have so much more to say 🫤
Do not use them or the app. It glitches. I even skipped a week and was charged, they won't refund me and then their customer service kept claiming they couldn't find my information, even though I was logged on from the app. It is over priced, the food sucks, and half the time ingredients are missing.

Why would I pay for something before I know what I'm getting, it's a ridiculous business model. What a waste of time!
