Bought a student pass, but they're not appearing in the app. The app only seems to open the website anyway. Their customer support is only via phone and during certain days/hours. Really hope I'm not out the money I just paid for this pass.

This is a terrible ticketing app. It logs you out all of the time. It is hard to search for events. The QR code doesn't work most of the time. So very unuser friendly.
Well your buy tickets the email says view tickets your click on view and you get nothing blank.

They suck! It's practically impossible to buy tickets without going through the entire process multiple times. Then, you're timed out after 2 minutes.
App is terrible. This was supposed to make it easier to buy tickets foe school events but it is much more inconvenient. I actually went back to using the Ticket Spicket app because it is easier to purchase tickets and use. If you can do not use this app until they update it.
