July update sucks want old version back!!!
Oops! Try again. Fix your servers. I'm not wasting my time troubleshooting when all I have to do is wait until morning and things work again. I'm the meantime I'll just ignore the app and go flip the switch.
latest update has made V 2 Cam not able to playback events. The error message, "The Camera info is null." is what it shows when I tap Events, select one event, tap on playback. This only started happening after the most recent update. Is there a way to put the older version back on my device, or can you fix whatever is producing that message?
The app keeps freezing up already closed it out and opened it again but app suck after last few updates and getting worse. Only shows a blank white screen and a spinning circle of it thinking but that's all it does. Can't even see one camera at a time now and no option to

It did a update and all of the cameras are mixed up and over half won't even load. It won't even let you send a problem in the app. Really about to switch cameras.
Great app unless you want to actually look at your cameras when you're not at home. I've been using wyze cams for years now. Multiple types and generations of their cameras and the only consistent thing about viewing your cameras is their complete INCONSISTENCY.
