BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE they charged me a 2nd years subscription without me knowing. They set up autorenew for the 2nd year without telling you. Very underhand and they won't refund
Tried to order the device. It's been weeks, still haven't received it
AVOID if you have a recent Audi. Carly can't access most VW Grp electronics modules leaving you with very limited coding options - Carly can't even enable audible lock confirmation on a Q7, a basic VW coding function. Save your money and buy a cheaper ODB code reader as this is all Carly can do. Stick with VCDS for everything else.
This product is just a scam because their product doesn't work and they have no telephone support number if you have a problem. They instead make you email them and they make you wait days for them to respond back and they never get back to you. I have tried resolving my problem with their universal scanner not wanting to connect with my car 10 times throughout the month of July and all I get from them is some google form to fill out and send back to them and they never address the problem.
Don't waste your money. Monthly subscription of 9$ + 4$ smart mechanic and 94$ for the adapter. You can find an obd2 for 30$ on eBay. Save your money.
Awful customer services, I cancelled on day of renewal. (Sorry I forgot to cancel day before unfortunately we do have busy lives) no goodwill by missing cancellation by 1 day, just an obnoxious customer service reply explaining it must be paid. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this app as the customer service team will let you down I can promise you that. Ticket number 1243519
Nothing more than a over priced eBay scanner, despite promises of dealer quality scanning and reprogramming IF you buy a licence. I bought it and it does nothing more than scans and deletes DTC codes, zero programing. Never replied to enquiries and to rub salt in to the wound they will charge excessive amounts of money each year with out any notification and will no doubt say it's your fault in replies. EDIT: You don't provide what you advertise, probably why you ignore customers queries.
Over-Charged Under-Performing Copycat App. Protools is way more powerful and you own it for the 1 year cost of Carly.
