Worst bank and customer service. Today morning I got an email about $4300 debit to "ACH HOLD PAYPAL CREDIT SYF PAYMNT ON 08/05". I immediately call customer service & after wasting a lot of time they said they have stopped the payment but did not inform me that if the payment goes through then I cannot get my money back. They were also not providing me the account number where my money was going to. Really worst services...

I have Bank American , I Deposited $60.00 to make a payment, well I didn't get a Deposit receipt , it did not go to my account either, I checked on my app on my phone it didn't show either the Deposit I made of $60.00, I had to go to the Bank American and explain and ask what had happened to my $60.00i Deposit at the ATM I used, well now their saying it will go to my account in 2 days , what about my payment it was Declined, I made to, Going to CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT.
Takes too long when waiting for a live operator
Designing the app and making customers like me have to extra steps since it no longer makes it easy to see details. Here's the review you've been begging me for. What is it with these app designers that make it harder to access things than easier? It's ridiculous. This is my money... Don't mess with it or me!
Zelle doesn't work or bank of america has been ripping me off. Hardpass on these criminals.
Can't use with my new debit card
Do not use these crooks for anything. They enticed my elderly father in with a low interest rate but made it impossible for him to make a payment unless he had a bank of america bank account. They give you an option to add an account outside of BofA but the verification system is broken (on purpose to benifit them). If you are late on that impossible payment then you default to an extremely high interest rate! You are big old Bank of AMERICA. Having a site that is this broken is unacceptable!!!!
