Don't like it, they say delivery is free on line if your order is over $35.00 but in reality that's not true ...bummer

Are u all insane
This was so disappointing. We weren't communicated with about potential replacement items and received an item we didn't order. With the missing items issue we can't make any of the dishes we planned for our gathering. The answer is a refund but that really doesn't fix the issue.
I really dislike the update. You hide sales and BOGO now. Deceptive upcharges per item. Horrible searches. Free service fee! But a $4 pick up fee? For a Pub sub? Get out of here with that garbage.
Major part of dinner missing, refund does not help. Will delete app and stick with alternate delivery service.

Wouldn't allow me to purchase Sutter Home Moscato wine and technical support for Instacart wasn't able to help either.
Update; even when I try the website connected to the app it enables notifications and then immediately turns them back off. I cannot get support to answer my email to assist. The app was great until some time last week when my text notifications will no longer stay enabled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and can't get it to stay enabled which means I am missing every update from my shoppers and deliveries. I can't seem to get it to work correctly now.
