Wasted money, paid for unlimited use. I can't use the app because it tells me to verify my email, which is easy enough if it would send me a link to verify. There is no technical or company support. I've left countless messages on the app and through the website with not a single response. Here in the real world we call that fraud or just a plain old con. I was able to add 7 recipes to my realm of calorie counting, and in less than 48 hours, all of my recipes were deleted, including what I made at five o'clock this morning. You're not able to add basic pasta without having to enter it yourself verbatim from the box. Not everything is protein packed, so they expect you to enter every little detail that should already be there about basic pasta. Yet a picture can count as caloric input.?? How??
I did the free version of the app and added some recipes. Now the app is locked wanting me to verify my email address, but the resend messages never come. I'm locked out of my recipes. Will update this if I hear from support.
Unable to save or see saved recipes. Keeps telling me to verify my email, but no email is sent. Also, some figures are just off. 3 tsp of sugar is somehow 860 calories. Very disappointing.
App won't take pictures. Has permission but camera doesn't open. Can't get apps from websites because the whole recipe has to be visible and duh, this is a phone app. Tried calculating written in recipes and the nutritional value for 1 was close but the values of the other was very off. Couldn't see if it was a certain ingred that was wrong, because that option is only avail. if you pay. So, pretty much this app is useless. Would be great if it worked.
I downloaded this app and was super excited about it. It kept saying I needed to verify my email, but it wouldn't send me an email so that I could verify it
Cumbersome on first test. Immediately upon trying to enter "skinless boneless chicken breast", I get an endless suggested list of different "brands" or cooked methods of chicken, but when it came to raw chicken breast, there was only the "full fat" option to add, which already contained far more calories than the ingredient I was working with and fewer grams of protein. Utterly useless app for a home cook that doesn't give a fig about brands or particular processed products.
DON'T DOWN LOAD this app. Their advertiser fakes You into registering for a digital streaming service, even though I have pop-up blocker. No way to get past the We Won't charge You But Give Up Your Debit Card!!
Very disappointing. Some of the preloaded ingredients have errors in them so you don't get the proper nutritional values. For example some of the milks have more grams of sugar listed per serving then the total grams of carbs per serving.
Gave this app a 1 star due to the embedded tracking apps. One being google and another called branch metrics which collects everything from your phone and uses it for marketing. Get duckduckgo and use the app blocking feature and you will amazed how apps secretly gather information from you.
