I've been trying to update my subscription to include payroll for months now with no support from quickbooks since the account was originally set up through google play. Tried cancelling and waiting until the subscription ends so I can re subscribe but we are back at square one.

I need to cancel my subscription but, suspiciously, I can't sign it to my old account. I get billed every month without fail, but can't get help with cancelling my account.
I cannot even log in. Every day it's getting more frustrating to use both QBO and now this app. It's just awful.
Deleted the app in order to use the online portal on my phone. Imagine how much money intuit has wasted making an app that doesn't have all the options that the online portal has, thus making it useless to me
Brand New S24+ Samsung and It won't even let me log on. I get a prompt, go to the web for the job I'm doing. Help!?
If I could give negative stars, I would. Numerous glitches and issues. The app deletes all my invoices entirely as well as my customers and I have to unistall and reinstall to get everything back. It also deletes entire fields of text in invoices as I'm typing them (even if I save them.) After I've spent 15m working on a complicated invoice everything just disappears. And it is impossible to contact support via email or chat. Do not use this for your business.
Can not save invoices or sales receipts. Duplicate customer and vendor listing ONLY in app version.
