Horrible Customer Service. Have had nothing but problems with this app but nothing has been resolved. They sent my money to a closed account and after promising that a new payment will be reissued to the correct account within 3 days, they have now refused to fix the problem they caused. The app itself isn't bad but if anything comes up and you need assistance, good luck with that!!

Waste of time For some reason, your app doesn't send an estimate or an invoice, it says sent but it doesnt, I sent to a customer and was waiting for them get bk to me, when they was waiting for me, so then I sent one to myself as a test and I did not receive a email at all. All I can say is fix your app before promoting it. Until then, my review will stay a 1 star till you fix it.
I am a paid subscriber & every time I attempt to login, the app takes me back to the signup page, fix this asap
Was really enjoying the app. However one day I noticed I hadnt received money in my bank from a customer that had paid. Turns out this company will only allow a transfer to your bank account of $50k per month. So if you do more invoicing than that you will constantly be behind on receiving your payment. Just a heads up
Used to be easy to send and receive payment. Now it's a money grab scheme where you have to use their banking system cards etc. You don't use their cc then your account becomes deactived even if you've paid for their service! I've been working with their customer service for 2 weeks with no actual progress to reinstate my account so I'm dropping the service. Update: Bill read to the bottom I've been talking to customer service for 2 weeks to activate my account and it's still not active.
Don't ever use this app to receive funds they will steal your money
Communication and expense is unacceptable! Try calling their customer care number DURING their posted business hours, and NO ONE will be there, and I needed them. My credit card for auto pay stopped working for some reason, and NO ONE let me know until they shut it off on me. It's a real shame cause they have a lovely and easy layout but all overseas people, and they never know what I'm talking about IF they are around. Pathetic!!
