8/2024 Update This medical portal went from a 5 to 1. I had nearly 20 years of test results, diagnoses, provider notes on my Portal, land for some reason they decided to "update" and that 20 years disappeared completely. They will send me emails telling me My doctor has sent me a message, yet when I go to the portal it doesn't have any doctor listed for me, or anything else. When I contacted them their response was basically "not our problem". So I've rescinded all permission for this app.
The Resource Center field never works.
This does not allow me to add a providers, clinic . There were no results posted.
app and website is a joke tryed to sign up with the web site on edge and chrom kept coming up with system error. used my phone was albe to set up my accout and get email confirmaion with my id , try to log into my acct , sysetm tells me cannot find my acct. I was able to chane my password but sill told cannot find acct. down loabed the app sign in , session has expired did not even make it to the home screen.
Does not show my doctor's location. It says I have no provider listed.
Update #1 After "reported glitch fix".... still not working. Update 2.... After talking thru customer service and being escalated to "tier two" problem 5 days ago....... everyone went silent. Using laptop, it said I had not registered a sign- on!?!?! Deleted app as it was useless. I continue to have no access to my health records that this app was supposed give access to. Update 3- sent me new login , able to log in now (after i requested) and dr office now is not showing up on list?!?!?
