My experience with Kick of Credit Building was disappointing as their late payment policies significantly undermine the service's intended goal of improving credit. Despite efforts to build credit, the impact of these policies was counterproductive and frustrating. Not to mention my account has been flag 60 days late after I was told to closed my account without any impact loosing 116 points on my credit!
I cannot get in to either account I have with them !!!! when they s ask for my phone number or his it says the number has already been used!!! Well if course it's been used by me when I signed up!!!!! so I don't know what to-do yet !!!!
Never can verify bank statement it's a rip-off don't waste your time this app is made by money thieves
I WANTED TO ADD THIS TO MY LAPTOP COMPUTER BUT I WOULD NOT LET ME. SO I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE APP AND THEY SAID I HAVE TO HAVE A CELL PHONE IN ORDER TO USE THIS APP. WHY??? I HAVE CREDIT KARMA & CREDIT SESAME AND THEY ARE ON MY LAPTOP. I REFUSE TO RELY ON A CELL PHONE WHEN YOU ARE NOT PAYING THE BILL. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE MY EMAIL. SMDH!
I do not recommend this to anyone at all whatsoever unless you want to ultimately ruin your credit instead. My credit dropped over 45 points because of kikoff despite ALWAYS paying my bill on time. The change in my credit score then resulted in Best Buy / Citibank closing my account despite, as aforementioned, ALWAYS paying my bills on time. Kikoff is responsible for the snowball effect and I subsequently once again do not recommend Kikoff to anyone at all whatsoever!
THE WORST DECISION YOU CAN MAKE. I created an account with Kickoff. After several months of mayking payments, I saw no increase in my credit. If anything, my score went down several points because they reported an open line of credit to the credit bureau. After 4 months I attempted to close this account and they never closed it and continued to charge me, then reported me to the credit bureau once I deactivated my account for non payment. I DO NOT RECOMENT THEIR SERVICE.

This app has destroyed my credit. I missed a SINGLE payment and it dropped my credit 85 points!! Which is a lot more points then I warned with over a year of on time payments. I'm worse off then I was before
What a scam
Definitely the worst "credit building" app or company ive ever used!!!! Started out great but now all it is, is an extra payment every month, not to mention I have been with them for a year and only gained 7 points!!!!
