I don't understand why this app is so bad - hardly anything works right. It doesn't always save your page, highlighting only works occasionally, it almost always tells you the wrong next book in series when you finish... I could go on. I've given it a few months, hoping it was a new app and they were just working out the kinks, but nothing has improved. There is absolutely no excuse for it to be so shoddy - it's like the designers actually work for Amazon and want this to fail. Please do better!

Have used the app for 10+ years and never had a problem. At some point they decided to change the apps functionality so that you cannot read any (self loaded, or kobo purchased) book if you can't get a connection to the internet. I find this anticonsumer and have deleted my account along with my purches. I hope the reconsider for future customers.
Can't open app offline with purchased books. Reading comics is painful. Long titles get cut off, so good luck reading anything in volumes/issues greater than 9.
Not one book or audiobook that came to mind is included in the plan. The majority of them are chargeable and not on the plan. The app itself I personally don't find intuitive and always seems to not be able to navigate to where I would like to be. Also it's not clear if some titles are included in the plan or not. It would be nice to have it be clear.
The verification email for registering a new account was never sent to me. I've waited for more than 30 minutes and others have had the same experience. Thus, the app is useless.
You guys have sent me a dozen old invoices for books I got more than a year ago for whatever reason, and 1 was a book supposedly ordered a year ago that I don't have.
I can't open the app without unintelligible and reinstalling it... Come on, sort it out. There are enough people commenting how useless it is?
