ordered a thin crust pizza on the app. it went through the whole process of making the pizza, I. the oven, and then ready for pick up. showed up at the store only to be told we don't have any thin crusts so we didn't make your pizza. asked why they accepted my oder and charged me only to be told there was no way to turn it off. asked for a refund and was told to call corporate. Ridiculous!

This app won't deliver to my address! I've been able to get it delivered before and now an error keeps popping up when I press Place Order! This needs to get fixed immediately!! Edit: After years of having that initial issue fixed, the app stopped working again...an error page pops when I press Place Order...I try to use my computer and the same thing happens...if I call, there'll be no answer because of how busy they are. That's why the app exists right?? This issue needs to be fixed ASAP!

How could you have an auto select for address and still lose the location from it and don't order on weekends because everyone orders on there thus making you or your order late
Well the past several times I have tried to ise the app I have been getting technical difficulties when I go to the payment screen. This app has not been workong for me to place an order in the past several months due to this.
I picked up my order, only to have the (cashier) young lady talking to a customer (they surely knew each other) telling him "shut-up bit**) . this being a new restaurant, I doubt I'll be revisiting this place again. really sad how this generation of kids have no respect for their jobs, employers, & customers.
Last couple times I've ordered on the app extra items that I don't want get added to the order so I'm stuck paying for stuff I don't want
