Recent version has some bugs. Horrible experience! It's slow, do not sync. Tried three times today. It just showed someone contacted me X minutes ago.
Maybe they do have 24/7 consultations but I had a simple question re transferring my Rx from ON to BC and instead of connecting me to the human to chat or ask questions they just keep cancelling my request.

Totally useless. Every single appointment I've requested for the past week has been cancelled due to "high volumes in my area". This isn't the first time either. I have been using maple for about a year and I have about a 10% success rate of actually getting to speak with anyone. Even then when you get through almost nothing gets accomplished. Save yourself some time and money and just go to a walk in.
Horrible application. Constantly disconnects, doesn't remember language preference, no indication of estimated wait time and both times I've tried to reach out for help my requests were denied. I've used multiple Online Medical Services in the past and I've always had someone take my call, ask relevant questions and give me some insight as to what to do next. Here I get nothing. Very disappointed.
9 times out of 10 the so called doctors cancel your appointment and tell you to go get seen in person. Not sure why this service even exists at this point. If I could go get seen in person, I certainly wouldn't have opted to use your service that you claim to provide. Absolutely useless doctors and useless service. 0 ethics. Where does one exactly go when ER wait times are 6+ hours and all 2 walk in clinics in the surrounding area stop registering new patients before the morning even ends?
