Missing purchases and terrible customer support even after I gave proof of payment half a year ago! I bought individual comics from them awhile ago and they aren't in my app. I understand customer support is busy, but it's been 6 months of no results after I gave all information. All I get everytime I email is "our internal team is investigating" In short, it's a lovely app but I personally wouldn't spend money on it as it's glitchy and you won't get your money back even if you show receipts.

HOW IS IT 2024 AND MARVEL DOESN'T HAVE AN EASY WAY TO MANAGE COMIC DOWNLOADS? I assume I am not alone in mostly using this when travelling/not on wifi, so being able to download a comic series, and then easily remove it afterwards is key. But instead, you can only download COMICS INDIVIDUALLY and then can only seem to remove them INDIVIDUALLY. Not to mention, that the option to download is within a menu that when you click it, it often opens the comic instead of the menu. Poor accessibility.

The app itself is actually good value and has more comics than you could possibly want. That said, it's now appeared to add in the requirement to link it to a Disney account rather than just through your Google details, meaning that reading history has vanished. Not great when reading multiple series or if you're unable to recall exactly where you are.
