Lets be fair here. We all here about Miku's worst days but let's take a moment to appreciate it's best; it's trash. Your child could be throwing a tantrum and tossing themselves out the crib over the course of half an hour and the monitor might still be loading. For the feature out the gate that's best bang for your buck, maybe try the lollipop.
Absolute worthless hunk of garbage. Pay a homeless guy 20$ to kick you in the nuts, it will be more enjoyable than dealing with this thing.
Won't connect, paid over $300 just for them to switch to a paid subscription 3 months later.
I loved this device when I had my son back in 2019. I had my 2nd child (2024) and got on and now I have to have a subscription for everything..... I spent big money to buy this brand specifically so I didn't have to do a subscription every month.
Constantly disconnecting, always loading, not reliable at all. Dropping signal is a weekly occurrence, if not more often than that. And we won't go into how features that used to be included no longer are since they got bought out. It's absolutely terrible. I regret the purchase of this camera, and the app is just like rubbing salt into the wound. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrible connectivity issues. When the app works it's great, but most of the time all I can see is a blue screen searching for a signal.
Expensive and complete waste of money
I bought this camera because it was highly rated and had some amazing features. It was NOT a cheap purchase. In fact one of the most expensive ones, but I figured it was worth it for the features I was getting. It WAS worth it until, they made it all subscription based features. Now not only did I pay way too much for essentially a good quality video feed. They now want me to pay extra to use the features I paid for in the first place. And to top it off the app is trash! So disappointed!
