The app is genuinely awful. It only properly loads a fraction of the time, instead opting to bring up a list of plans while endlessly buffering. On the plus side, UHC itself has been one giant headache. So it makes sense the app sucks.

Used to be decent, but now it won't let me sign in using Pixel 7.
The app will NOT load my plans! I have logged out & back in .. Still won't work. I've deleted the app & reinstalled... STILL won't work. As large of a healthcare company and the billions you receive, you can't just get a simple app to work right? 🙄
Ummm this app is saying I ZERO care providers available to me in the entire metroplex. What is going on? Because a couple of days ago it was fine.
