I sure do love not being able to use the esim I purchased for $33 because despite being installed it refuses to activate, fix my data or give me back my money
Terrible garbage, stopped working after 3 days for no reason... data didn't work anymore and the app wouldn't load even on wifi.
Sim didn't work and customer service was extremely poor and slow to respond
I purchased this for a trip to Europe. I spent 6 hours on chat with Airalo trying to get it to work. No luck. It took weeks to get a refund. I was very disappointed with this product
This company is shady and essentially stole my money. I went through all the instructions as prescribed, ran everything I needed and was told my phone was compatible for the eSIM. It installed correctly but then I couldn't activate. After several days and reaching out, I was told my phone was locked. My carrier would not unlock it while I'm deployed, so I wanted a refund. Airalo refused to give me a refund because they said it was in the terms. I never used it because I couldn't. Scam company!!!
Did a fair bit of research, am technically savvy. Followed the process/ instructions exactly for a Data only eSim. Not working. First experience with an eSim, have spent over an hour troubleshooting this nonsense which is a terrible experience. The whole point of an esim is convenience and this has been anything but. Want a refund and will be heading into a brick and mortar to purchase a physical simcard🤡

The esim won't download. I have followed the automatic method and the manual method. I have tried contacting you through the website and social media but have been ignored. Airalo is a waste of money and a source of stress on arrival at the destination as you cannot complete the installation in advance of arriving so you have no way to guarantee that it will work until you have landed in your destination by which point it is too late. I suggest you choose another esim provider.

Don't waste your time. The APN settings in Costa Rica are a nightmare to figure out and not automatic. After hours messing with this, it hasn't worked or keeps dropping.
