Absolutely disgrace. More then happy to take your money but make it impossible to withdraw. 3 weeks now I have given the requested ID I have emailed them I have called them and still nothing. You have to repete urself over and over again to get no where in the end. My advice is to report this app because it's a joke

Absolute joke. Promotional codes don't work from partners that promote this app. Customer Service is outsourced and people cough in your ear while being unable to assist with anything. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THESE PEOPLE'S HANDS. Go with a tried and true company like Fidelity.
Opened a buy trade at 2.30 ET and close the trade with a sell order at 4.00 ET with a profit. All good until 12 hours later, 30 mins before the final bell, I received a notification that the buy order was canceled, while and sell order was as per normal. Suddenly I faced with a profit loss, short positions price and a margin call status. I was forced to settle the position. Imagine if i only check my account at a later time. Let's see if the company will honor their error and compensate my loss

Edit: moomoo is corrupt af, market has been open for over 5 minutes and options are not moving a single penny, zero volume, all despite big price movements in a popular stock.... Love trying to buy options only to be met with "failed to load" and blank screens.. I hate robinhood but at least their app works.. Bro this app blows.... trying to buy more options and again met with different errors...
