after ordering Samsung adapter for OEM cable, hours of trail an error I finally can see connection. BUT, no file app or way to move anything from old phone to New. No choices to drag an drop, on either. Paying for this app is pointless ! No way of asking Developer (?s) nor instructions how to move file / folder etc:

worthless pdanet works better...
Ok Just spent another $10 which I purchased like 10 years ago. Still no internet connection Using PDANet but that seems to always drop out when my phone screen turns off. I bought this like 10 years ago and used all the time with all the phones i've purchased but now I just don't know what happened to tjis app. Used to be great. No reply from the developer. Yet ?
Constantly losing connection regularly for the last year. I'm going to have to try something else
Works brilliantly. You need to use USB, Bluetooth isn't fast enough. Auto connects when I plug in the phone. UPDATE: not working with Ubuntu 22.04, I will change back to 5-star rating once drivers for 22.04 are released, no response from support emails yet.
Disconnects all the time, got slow
Has started disconnecting frequently on the computer side since the 3rd quarter 2021 Windows update
If I could give 0 stars I would. Never got the app to work. I was able to get other apps to work. Email for support or refund, and received no reply. I suggest you look elsewhere.
Bought this to deal with my carriers throttling issues for tether'd devices. Because I'm using an LG phone there are additional steps to make it work in the USB settings which my phone doesn't support (LG Stylo 5). Ran the wizard multiple times with the same failure. Emailed the support address and the gmail address provided below with no response, so now I have a $10 useless app. Might work great for some, but buyer beware.
