Instant show 5.0 but when sync to the APK it show 5.1? Why? Happened many times.
It wants your email before you can use the app. This in an immediate deal killer and I uninstalled it. You don't need my email for diabetic monitoring. It's none of your business. Two thumbs DOWN đź‘Žđź‘Ž
Open app on my phone and after showing the initial welcome screen, I hit GET STARTED and it immediately shows a pop-up saying "Sorry, something went wrong, Please try again or contact support." There are two buttons: ASK SUPPORT and TRY AGAIN. I have hit TRY AGAIN several times. Each time, the pop-up goes away then immediately reappears. Tried several times over last 24 hours, same problem. Just tried on my tablet, same problem. So, app appears to be garbage.
I can't login. Login page doesn't work
needs. to read my Novopen 6 as the iPhone version does
Used on my old mobile for 2 years without problems, changed to new mobile & although old readings transfered over, I can no longer connect my Instant blood monitor, I get an error when trying to use the serial / pin that is on back of device. Feel like tech has got back In time, now I have to input reading manually again
Malicious app to link trend report with phone notification

Forcing a subscription to diabetics after they have to oay out the nose for lifesaving meters, lancert, strips, insulin, medication, and multiple checkups a year is gross. You get paid by the manufacturer, it should be free.
it states on the website it connect and gets data from the novapen smart pen but there is nothing on the connection page.. that is the only reason I when for the accu-check instant
