Most of the functions do not work.
I pay for extra service the Vechicle health report and it doesn't work. Have not tried the other features. The service reports don't show up either.

It did start the vehicle the first couple of times. Other than that, doesn't ever work at all. And the vehicle itself has already tried to not start a few times after I have hit the button as well.
they need a better version of the app to do payments
The remote start has stopped working. This is the main reason I paid for the subscription. Calling support, though nice was no help. The remote start function stopped working 7/19/24 and when I called support. I was told everything looks good on their end. So why is it not working. I can't understand why it would stop working after over a year of working just fine, then be told I have to take it to a dealership. I'm very disappointed and upset. I believe I'm going to cancel this subscription.

Not worth $10 a month. It fails on remote start but won't tell you why, no single sign on to make a payments or with scheduling with a dealer. The only thing that reliably works is unlocking and locking your doors. It's crazy that Nissan thinks people are willing to pay for service like this. The first 10 years and the first app never worked to begin with. No integrated or comprehensive plan. And Nissan customer support is still is awful.
