App will not work. Will not let you pay with a card or google pay
Not ordering again til they sort out their curbside. It needs a check in. Parked right in front of the door. Nobody came out. Waited half an hour, finally decided to call they bring the food out and it's cold. If I said I was waiting half an hour you'd think they'd assume it was cold and remake it. Worst part is it's the second time this has happened. Never again.

This app SUCKS it a complete waste of space on your phone... If you're thinking about downloading it DON'T!!! You can't do anything and it doesn't save anything... What is a complete waste of time and space
Our Applebee's messes up something on every order that we place. So much of our food has just been thrown away after we got home because it's not what we ordered and can't eat what we were given. We're done. App uninstalled and I hope our local location shuts down so a restaurant that knows what they're doing can open there.
I can't seem to do anything unless I sign in. Maybe I don't want to create an account. Maybe I just want to look at your menu, order some food and pay with my credit card. Why can't I do that?
Reset password? for God's sake, help section has everything from gift card fraud to financial analyst questions. Can someone not mark a reset or see password? Seriously? Can't even edit personal information. Who did this? on second thought, who SHOULD be fired for this? Not nice about Morons in IT, due to my 5 free credit monitoring due to IT breaches.
The app will not let me make an online order. Have done different payment methods and nothing. No point in the app.
After the update, I haven't been able to navigate the app at all, so I can't use it...even after re-installing.
App was good. Now unresponsive, cannot login, change password, or ask for help due to the reCaptcha not responding. I've cleared App Data, reinstalled, tried to reset password but never receive the required email to reset. My last 5 orders have been as a guest and must manually enter my information, unlike when able to login. This App has become a waste of space on my device.
