Unable to get the rewards pancoins to show up.
App doesn't work !! You cannot see your rewards
It's a rewards app but you can't earn or use rewards. They are always broken.
My experience with this I hop was the worst I've ever had and I will never return again I placed a carry out order and it literally took and hour and a half to get my food and then it was incorrect no utensils to eat with and no syrup or butter for pancakes
I've tried multiple times over the last SEVERAL visits to access the rewards section of the app. Yet EVERYTIME it says there's an issue and won't let me access the rewards section, DESPITE me being logged in.
App kicks me off, can't use the rewards section and my receipt is going to not work in 7 days. I'm about to not get points for a order. :(
The rewards page is currently bugged and stuck on loading, will not work whatsoever
