I love the idea of this app, and I use Tom Rocks a lot, but they keep crashing party way through. I've gone back to the Patreon versions for now, and I'm trying to figure out how to cancel the app. Once they get the crashing figured out, this app will be awesome!
Was excellent. Now I'm unable to use. I can't even get into the app. I asked for a new password, no reply. So deleting.
I was loving this app but can't access the Tom Rocks now even though I am already subscribed. Last week it was that recordings kept stopping part way through then Id have to restart from the beginning and now I can't access at all. It's a shame as I've been subscribed for a while through patreon first and whilst it was difficult to navigate I didnt have these issues.

Loved this app before the update, so I decided to try the subscription but everything is still locked. With my subscription screen telling me to open the app to confirm plan. I have done that. I have also logged out of the app and back in again. I have restarted my phone. Yet all the premium things are still locked. Really annoyed at this as I loved this app and now I can't access the music or the guided cleans despite the app saying that I have already subscribed
Bought this as heard good things to help get into a routine etc but app won't load past the loading screen 😭 😑
I loved this app until the new update happened a few days ago. All the things I had customised disappeared and I had to re-enter them which was annoying. I have opened the app today and it appears that all the level 2 jobs have disappeared for the remainder of the week and it has allocated the same room several days in a row. The old app made daily cleaning so easy, the new app has just turned it into a massive faff. Urrrrgh.
I'm a new user, but app doesn't accept the register. It says User already exists. When I log in, it doesn't recognise User/password. Eternal merry go round. Please help.
Absolute waste of money. Bought the app thinking there would be information on the method but there isn't. Says the tasks are customizable but if they are, it's not easy to find out how. Basically just paying for what you can print for free. Not even used it, £5 wasted.
