ini keluhan saya selama ini, pakai aplikasi grab tapi ga ada pilihan pakai driver grab nya, wajib pakai delivery dominos nya yang notabene waktu pengirimannya selalu 3x lipat lebih lama dari driver grab, dan itu ribet, karna selalu minta shareloc via w.a (aplikasi ketiga) padahal biaya pengiriman sama, kalau bukan karna anak mungkin saya ga akan pesan.jadi udah resiko

Very bad apps and service. I put correct address but got store very far. Then store cancel it but my promos get lost as well. Culall 1800566 but CS didn't help as well keep saying need to update address although it's a correct one. And even though ordered cancelled by store my voucher lost and can't be redeemed

Banyak ngelagnya. Pesen delivery malah jadi take away... orang pas pesen aja di tanya detail alamat... kalau ujung ujungnya take away ngapain nanya alamat lengkap... kalau alamat doang wajar ya buat predict toko domino terdekat... udahan kagak ada konfirmasi apa apa, liat di aplikasi cmn mantengin timer 00:00 di order received, kagak ada pndh... saya nunggu 30 menit lebih, telpon call center baru tau kalau itu take out... padahal deliv jg free... minta dianter aja jg kgk bs, jam 12 panas coks.
