time limit doesn't work!
It sucks
Terrible service. Downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial to see if it had all the features I require. It doesn't, which is fine, no problem. Except now I can't remove the app from my daughters phone. You can only speak to a service agent if you pay for the premium service. They email me every day asking if something is wrong, but I can't actually speak to someone to get the issue resolved.
Worst app, as I set up parent account in my phone and child account in child's phone, it's not connecting, when search in help section it shows that I have sign in another account in my child qustodio app but in her app there is no option to remove that account. Worst experience one free day gone.
Kids can easily bypass the app making it useless.
I first had the premium and upgraded to the basic on both occasions I have had issues but much worse now. My children seem to gain access although the screen time is up, they can also switch phone on and off giving them access to all the restrictions. Some games can't be restricted likes brawsstar and are able to play all day. Location is very poor also. This is a very expensive app and no improvements have been addressed from all the negative reviews !! I don't think I'll upgrade or renew!!
don't like it so easy for my kids to hack
Extreme Data hogger kid's version of app consumes lot of data and unable to delete or deactivate. Instructions on deactivation also not very clear
