I cannot use this app as there is a phone number not entered by me associated with our authenticator login, ending in 111, and the instructions posted on how to change the phone number associated for payroll authentication are not valid (says to click profile icon right hand side and scroll to MFA settings, however the menu only has 'help and support (does not help with MFA) and log out. The mobile number in our company settings is correct.
Started off as a free app for micro employers when STP was forced upon us, then we started getting charged $4.99 a month, then $9.99 a month, now $11.99 a month. Constant price increase once they hook you in.
I cancelled the app but they keep charging. I'm now going to cancel my bank account to stop payment.

I downloaded the app just to see if I would like to use it. Since then I have deleted it but have received multiple calls to see if I like that app etc. Don't cold call people ! I will not recommend this

Was working fine until a few months ago. Unable to submit declaration for my pay runs for several weeks in a row now as it keeps saying "unable to connect to server". Staff aren't receiving their pay slips, I have to go back and send them again manually. Sometimes I can log in using my finger print, other times I have to log in and verify with an sms code. It's just a very inconsistent app. Pretty disappointing, as I am still paying to use it.
Was a very easy to use app until the last update on 16 Dec. Now I cannot complete a payrun. I need to change the amount of tax withheld. When I click Done to change the tax, the app shuts down and I need to restart and login again.
