Tried making me wear a mask to walk to my table. Where i then could take it off. Because that made total sense lol. Stupidy at its finest. Haven't been back since. Can't stand anti American stupidity. Will never go back. Not getting in touch with guess services. Called company shortly after it happened. They just towed the lying cdc line. A private for profit organization In bed with the comunist WHO . I will support local restaurants that arent owed by scumbags. Id give you a negative rating
Useless administration. No real reason to clog your phone with it. No benefits or points. No incentive capabilities. There's nothing I can do that I can't do by walking in to the restaurant.
Bad it would not except my password I'm even a new quest to the website. No thanks!
Waitlist page freezes and is unresponsive. Can't select "Remove" or "Check-in" just get the spinning arrow. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same result. Restarted phone, same result. Deleted app.
Useless app
Don't waste your time. I installed the app to get in line. I checked in and confirmed with the desk that I was on the list. I waited and waited and finally went up to check on my reservation and was told I should have been texted. I showed her my phone that I had gotten nothing. So we had to get back in line again. We just left.
Annoying app doesn't remember you unless you sign in. Restaurant gets the order right about 50% of the time.
My account was hacked into and used to order food by someone in another state. Can you please implement biometrics or some kind of extra security? I had to shut my card down and get a new one. Just asking for better security measures.
