The one time I really needed to send money for helping a friend who just had surgery, Ria decided to review the transaction. The only option I had on a Friday afternoon was to cancel and find an alternative. Ria is not dependable, you'll waste your valuable time and energy, you recipient who nerds the money will not receive it. I do not recommend Ria. Update after response: Yes, I did contact customer service, the only way forward was to cancel my transaction and use a competitor's app.
The app is terrible, after i completed the payment my account was immediately locked. After appealing i was told it was closed for security reasons without further clarification, absurd.
Don't do business with these guys, they're late sending your money many times and they keep your money a week before refunded back to you.
Bad very bad
Worst company to send money globally. I just tried a transfer from this app, initially the app had an error message at the final step of transaction, but the money was deducted from my account in the matter of few seconds. Worst part starts here, customer care number for Canada given in the app is not assigned. Finally I tried calling US customer care, then the customer care tells me that, money will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.....

Trying doing money transfer since last week. Initially there was a rate issue (Which keeps on changing on the final payment page) and was escalated, for which I didn't receive any resolution. I tried to do payment & error was shown that card is not enabled for 3Dsecure authentication, which actually is enabled as confirmed from the bank. Pay id didn't work either. Reinstallation didn't helped. They will never get back to you for any resolution. Zero rating for this app and for customer service.
