It sucks! They removed the bar code, so I no longer get discounts at 7-ELEVEN. Uninstalling and adios!
I tried entering my phone number to access my account then it sent an email to an email I don't have access to. I'm not even going to bother with this anymore
Morons went and charged my gift card balance instead of apply free item coupon. This happened several times, so either the app sucks or the cashiers are too stupid to work rewards. Plus any discount I want to apply the cashier quickly selects "no" for me. More hassle than it's worth, so I stopped going to 711s entirely once my gift car balance ran out. I still have over 5000 points, but since they never let me use them I couldn't care less about keeping this app on my phone
I did like this app, but the constant issues with trying to get delivery have kinda forced my hand at this point, I have tried contacting support about this and got run around before being told that it was passed up, that was a lil over a month ago now, and I am still getting errors trying to deliver to my address cause apparently it no longer exists to them and they don't seem interested in fixing it

Points for stuff i want to redeem for keep getting raised. I used to get a monster for 3000 now its 4000. Sometimes the app jacks my points and doesnt even give me point to dollar discount either. Trash app.
Wrost customer service.. i tried to get a whole pizza using my points.... just lost 10000 points for nothing. They just told me to call customer service. Yeah ... thanks.
So what is the point of having this application? It requires two steps verification - one through the phone and another on by email. By the time I go to get the email verification code; the app restarts itself to step 1 and it is an endless cycle which does not allow me to ever be able to get into the app and my account. I already called customer service and it did nothing nor it resolved anything at all.
