I downloaded the Maui bundle and we used the Road to Hana. The audio kept pausing on its own where it struggled to get even 3 words out sometimes before pausing. Since it often paused in the middle of a word, and took a second or two, to restart, it got to where it was unintelligible. I had to keep pushing the play button constantly and so was unable to use my phone camera to take pictures. It was almost completely useless and a waste of money!
I didn't even get close it was such a horrible experience not to mention the app was not user friendly
It was all over the place. Very disappointing
The download never finished wifi recommend... what Nationalpark has WiFi?), so we wasted $9 and had to purchase a different tour from the Action Tour Guide app. BTW they are really good and informative, really good science, and historical info.
We first had this app when it originally started and loved it. We were able to use it at any any part of the tour and new exactly where we were. This time I was so excited to use it on a trip with my mom. Let's just say I wasn't happy. I didn't give me time to take the correct turn (yes, I was going the correct speed limit) and if I missed the turn, it took me back to the beginning. At one point it caught up to me, but did the same thing again. We never did get to see everything we wanted
Didn't direct us to the starting points. Interim music gets annoying after a minute and isn't android friendly. Turned it off after 15 mins
Bought a package and the first stop took us off the road to no where and then never reconnected properly after that. What a waste of money! Refund me and I'll remove the 1-Star review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cost me an hour of stress during my vacation. :(
The app did not work on the road to Hana, despite everything being downloaded. It would constantly load instead of playing the content. I also don't like how there's no way to backtrack or move forward in the audio. Really awkward to listen to the same things over and over when trying to hear a particular section. On top of that, we were yelled at and berated by a local after following recs from the Shaka Guide (trying to visit the Venus Pool). I don't trust this app or its creators after that.
Not working for me, sending out crash reports to customers service for further investigation. As per advise by you I provided all purchase information but still I am not received my refund back
Went to Yellowstone, no wifi there not able to use the app. Waste of money
