I would never pay for this service again. This company sucks regarding their customer service and their lack of communication. THIS IS NOT A RATING FOR SHOPPERS! THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE COMPANY ITSELF. This system setup it's horrible. Nothing but bad experiences. They also raised the prices themselves even if you are paid member. So you're not saving anything for shipping when it comes down to it. I do not recommend this company at all. THE SHOPPERS ARE GREAT . DO NOT RECOMMEND

App drags alot have to keep closing and opening back up gets very annoying
So slow and laggy that it's impossible to use.
Shipt just flat out suck they flat fired one of the best drivers delivers that I love to work with the fire this individual for no reason so ever since then I can't rely on shipt for my deliveries I have not used them since covid honestly they don't even deserve one star and the other drivers know how to cheat the the system I will never use ship ever again and I feel sorry for the people that does because when they actually have somebody that's good that really cares about the shopper
The last update that added the usuals took away almost all of my buy again list and that sucks because I used it all the time
order was rescheduled three times 2 days to deliver iMessage to ask about a no one responded. s was late for works I am disabled second time order
Was wicked hard to find a hair color
Lately the app has been bugging out when I place an order. It'll either tell me I placed a duplicate order or not clear the previous cart after I've already received the items. Even now, having placed an order yesterday, my cart still contains the 20+ items I ordered, so I can't even start adding new items for a new order.
