Crashed every time
There is no screen icon to access this app. Have to go to play store to open this every time. Also, My provider told me I had to go the portal and complete my user profile, but there is no place to do that.
Don't trust this app, it's all bs and a scam. They want to charge your credit card a bunch on top of insurance.
Can't sign in help page is useless. Zero out of two people found the help page useful.

Can not navigate. No way to message customer service. Can't enlarge bills. Bills do not have method of payment( that I can see) for HS account needed for BCBS.
