I don't know what happened but I paid for this service more than three or maybe 4 years ago and now I can't access if I don't pay per month..
I need to cancel my subscription but it give no opion
What a rip off. Even when purchasing a lifetime subscription three different times when I had an iPhone I had to complain to get access again because of a slight programming change to force me into paying again. Lifetime membership is for life, but not with this crooked company. What a joke don't waste your time or money.
Purchase this app 2014, I had an account, but now it says it does not exist. But Google Play says I paid 9.99 for it. I used to use it all the time up until 2 years ago when I had to replace my phone now I no longer have this app and I'm sure in the heck ain't paying for it a second time.
$162 dollars is a ridiculous pay wall for a poor search feature map app. Worse than not useful in my case it wasted my time. If your employer is so lazy they can't get you directions to location from the customer, get a new job or take your bosses job.
I work for an operatoring company and this app is telling my vendors to use the wrong route through private property. The landowners and the company aren't happy. When I approached customer care, they said it would take several months to fix this. They urged me and my contractors to purchase the app and make custom routes. No thanks. I just want the issue resolved. You're selling false information, and my company is now dealing with legal issues.
