Terrible App!!! Charged my bank card multiple times on ONE order!!!
Junk. Ordered a pie, app said it would be ready at 5:45. Enabled "Live updates". Pizza was ready on our arrival at 5:15 ... at 5:46 Slice reported it ready for pickup. If I had simply called, I'd no doubt have been given an accurate pick-up time and saved myself the service fee. Un-installed.
Talked to local pizzarias by me about this app since they're upcharging significantly on the app. They all complained about having to charge more because of how greedy this app has gotten. Just call the place and order and save like 15-20%. 8/3/24 Gave this app another shot, apparently this app sends their own drivers who don't pick anything up in a timely fashion. nothing like cold pizza delivered by unvetted people with no affiliation to me or the pizza establishment.
Worst experience I have ever had order food. Costumer service is incompetent. And they will issue suppose orders on your account with out your consent. If I could give zero stars I would deleting this thing and never using it again. Already calling my bank to get my money back.
You offer free large pies after 8 orders but I have yet to see one. We are only getting SMALL PIES FOR FREE !!! BAIT AND SWITCH !!!!! You need to give more than $18.20 for a large pizza pie in New York. A large pie here is $20!!!!

Horrible customer care support.
They'll charge service fees for using the app, going to the actual pizza places website is cheaper. This app is only good when the restaurant covers the service fee.
