It refuses to update the camera to the latest firmware. The batteries is charged but the installation of the firmware continues to fail. The tech people told me some steps to do, and I followed but still can't get the firmware to download. So disappointing because I purchased 3 cameras, and without this update, they will not work! I even paid my router company $53 to help reset my router. I called my wifi company and still not downloading! Wow! Even a cheap camera has better software than this!
The main issue I'm having is accessing the live feed. The feed will work after unplugging and plugging in the camera, but after an hour or so, when I try to access the live feed, it gets stuck on "Connecting...". Edit: Updated to 1 star because I'm still having this issue.
Was about to see the cloud videos till the last few months. Reported multiple times that is not working but no support at all. It takes a long time to load the camera feed up as well. Also there home camera indoors and there camera outdoors runs on seperate apps which is most inconvenient.
I have a camera bird feeder that uses this app. Too few and hard to understand instructions.
Messes with notifications and limits recording time (20 sec or none at all) to try and get you to pay a premium. Not what I planned on when buying! Ridiculous! Will not purchase another unless i get more recording time without having to pay.
Got camera a few years ago the camera at first use to work fine but like other users with the last few updates seem to have broke some critical key features including the sleep feature unfortunately now the camera will not wake from the sleep mode which I set during the day because we work outside most of the day and we would just get hundreds of false notifications We set the camera to wake when we go to sleep and go be notified. I have 5 of these cameras because they worked beautifully, at first. Now, they rarely record more than 5 seconds even when you have them set for 20 and that's if they even record. This morning I woke up to only 6 occurences which is impossible. I live on a pretty active street and usually have quite a few recordings of the cars coming in and out... not today and this happens often. The live feature is also a problem. Seems like a huge waste of money at this point.
