Continuesly crashes and takes forever to load anything after signing in. If I am going to continue to pay for the service I expect a better working app as I rely on this for communication purposes with other party.
Asks a lot of personal info? Why?
I'm disappointed that you can't even try the app without paying. I'm already not happy with what I see on the website. The calendar is so bare-bones you can't set an event every other week, for example. This service was better than AppClose because I couldn't least set up an account and make a calendar. I'm about ready to pay for OFW because none of these cheaper options have the QOL features that just seem basic. I'm not paying for an app just to test drive.
Constantly having issues. Its always logging me out randomly. Constantly closing/restarts for no reason at all. Not worth the subscription, waste of money. If not for court ordered, I'd never use this app
No alarms or notification for scheduled meeting events.
can not make normal calls only video calls, cost to much to refill your talk time considering how much this app cost it should be unlimited, always has issues, even talking on video calls the volume can barely be heard on both sides of the call
An app so you can talk to your kids? Talking to my kids should be free not 25 a month.
I'm unable to receive calls from the other parent for some reason. Customer service is terrible.
I open this and it takes me to an account page not messages
Horrible app. Logs you out constantly. Can't even load properly to access the database to retrieve messages, uploads, videos, pictures, etc. With each update release, the app simply gets worse. Custody visits over video conferencing will disconnect every 2 minutes. Imagine trying to have a fulfilling virtual visit?Go with something else, especially if your kids' visitation is involved. This POS app doesn't even allow me to download attachments to view. How am I supposed to see what was sent???
