Do not install this app. After spending time searching for the right person for my help and filling all my information, including contact details and new password, it says "We are having trouble verifying that you are a human, please contact support". That's a harassment and waste of time. Do not install this app.
I guess I should have checked reviews, even the highly reviewed taskers are not trustworthy. I desperately needed someone to run an errand, instead, the took the freebie and cancelled so I couldn't even review. I'm now out of a laptop for school.
Highly unreliable services. Contractors cancel the task a few mins before the task with no penalty, but you have to penalty to cancel. It was highly unethical as I had made some work adjustments, but all in vain and no work done. A replacement contactor was suggested but obviously not available in the next few mins. The app doesn't let you review the tasker even if they have canceled the task, so the reiews you see are from only a subset of customers, not from all customers.
Terms of service too much to go through and no quick way of rejecting all so uninstalled as faster than I downloaded it.
Very slow app, taskers constantly cancel and the app never notifies you.
Just tried to sign up, and even with a Canadian number, (and putting in a postal code) it says ZIP code must be 5 numbers... How to rate an experience before getting to try it?
I'm not sure if the issue is the app or the website, or maybe the company does not exist anymore? But I can't book any job on either platform :(
CAN'T LOGIN. I know I have an account. No matter how many times I reset my password, I can't even log in to tell you how I find the app. And when I reset the password it tells me not to use old passwords but those "old" passwords wouldn't log me in to begin with. Force quit. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. So frustrated!
I signed up and it took all my information email and phone number only to find out it's not in my area which it should do first absolutely despicable . Just another thieving app
Where do I begin? First if all, their Android and web apps are unbelievably slow and freeze up quite often. And the taskers are extremely unreliable, as I tried 4-5 times to book someone for a simple handyman tasks and I get nothing but cancellations abd people flaking on appointments they acccepted. TaskRabbit customer service is also horrendous not tsking any responsibility. Can you imagine an Uber where all of your drivers cancel? This company is as useful as a hole in the head.
