unreliable, can't pay your bills when you get home from work cause they are temporarily not working, so tired of it. at least twice a week!!! When depositing cheques, the app is not reliable and says funds are available immediately, then after confirming it says "available after 5 business days" I would have gone to the bank to cash it , worst banking app. Thinking about changing banks after using this app for a couple years!

Notifications are not showing up on my device. The application does not even show up under Notification settings. I have cleared data and cache, restarted the phone then reinstalled it and I am still unable to see the application in my notification settings. I receive no alerts on my phone anymore. They stopped about a week ago give or take. I have even went into the battery settings and make sure that it is not set to optimization and is unrestricted. Can't find info online.
Always loading, always a hassle login in
Over two years passed since my first review, and the issue still wasn't fixed. Can't pay my credit cards from the app and have to use the desktop access to do that. The "Vintinue" button remains disabled after you set payment amounts and accounts for the payment...
I didn't ask you to group my accounts, so I have to expand them every time I want to look at them. Put it back the way it was.
Fix your "my spend" app that you insist on linking this app to. Read the reviews on it, it's been broken for over a year, maybe hire more than one dev?
No way to correspond with bank via app . Call us ? May be send us a fax or a telegram . Good example of banks that do not keep up with technology . For the elderly over 70 years old . They will go bankrupt soon.
