Not as expected
Taking forever to try and create an account. After typing in all my personal information the tool is having an error. Restarted the phone, same result. 35 minutes of self support and I give up. My wife spent an hour on the phone with CS dept. Sorry I can't give a better review.
Stuff will not load for me to view or complete. Very annoying. The app is up to date and still nothing works. Please fix this.
Please do not waste your time, because it will cost you an arm and a leg to do so. They don't want to help you. They want $90 for a 2-hour wait for a 2-minute phone call telling you they're not going to help you.
The App Lags! It's so bad! It's the worse healthcare app I've ever used! It's slow, not responsive. I have a very fast 5G phone, a great signal and fast speeds, everything is updated. It's awful! Aetna only covers Teladoc though, so I'm stuck with this awful app! It's 2024 get it together! Or Aetna needs to full cover another service provider like Better Help or another App Therapy program. Because this App is not it! Just terrible!
Experience: install insurance provider app which tells me to install another app which then tells me to install this app. How is this suppose to be more convenient than calling?
