The directions that it says are different than the map it shows. Also it does not take you on the best route or the quickest to your destination. Disappointing compared to my last experience with the app a year or so ago.
No star. This app is a scam. I tried to get my money back, and they said it was over 48 hours, which is a lie. The app would have gotten me lost if I didn't know where I was going. I'm glad I tested it out. It put me right into closed road on 465 in indianapolis. Half of 465 is closed for construction, it has no traffic alert like it says it does. This app is a waste of time and money. They tell you you will get a refund if you don't like the app within 48 hours. It's a lie. I Nad it 30 hours.
Keeps sending me down roads with weight limits and low bridges.

Lately this app is been a disaster should have a 3d navigation with detailed like google or waze even sygic, it confused you when to take a street turn because it's so slow moving the icon it's a bump and other thing I have been complaining for months navigation not working in the background or when you lock your phone you have to keep it on for the whole stupid trip if not it will lose navigation and take a lot to get the route customer service suck!!
Routed me through Yale Nursing school. Routed me down a residential street with a 4 ton limit. Routed me to an 11 foot bridge.. This app is Dangerous
I bought this because I thought it was a good deal,it turned out to be a disaster. it loses navigation around Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan and over the road. this reminds me of the older GPS from the 1990s. it's slow, and if you go off route it sometimes loses navigation. their is a lot more I can tell you. but if you want a reliable navigation for your truck stick with Garmin or gemini trucking app. like they say you get what you pay for, and in this case you get really bad service.
I have used this app for a very long time I could not never get nobody to answer the phone if you don't answer the phone you don't need my money I started using truckers path found it to be much better than you ever work
