App is HORRIBLE! First off, why do I have to set up an account with the card I use to make purchases when I already HAVE AN EXISTING ACCT?? I use more than one card to make my purchases depending if they are personal or business-related expenses. Can you add more than one card? Who knows! I never registered, because of the terrible UI and lack of common sense registration for those who already have an acct via our email...
Doesn't offer to choose my location in California. Can't use it.
I tried to log into my Nothing Budnt Cakes account to upload my previous purchases but the app only ask for my email then went straight to asking for my card so they can have access to my card account to check my previous purchases from what the app said. I declined. I uploaded my recent receipt (less than a week ago) and the app did not give me any rewards. I'm good. Sketchy AF. I will continue using my Nothing Budnt Cakes account. No, thank you.
Oklahoma locations aren't included on this app
This app is horrible, takes forever to open then just goes to a white screen and can't open it at all...have un-installed and reinstalled several times. Make sure your app works before putting it out and forcing people to use it to get their rewards!
Does not accept Discover. Order didn't go through. Bad UI design on registering for rewards. When selecting your home store you a. Can't filter the list (zip, city, state, nothing) b. Does not use location data to locate store nearest c. Have to scroll through entire list of stores that are in completely random order (not alpha, not by city, not by state)
There's a location only a few blocks away from where I live and the dumb app doesn't have it listed. What's the point?
There's a store in Fort Collins, and it's not listed as a location. I'm not driving over an hour away to get a cake or redeem rewards!
I already have an acct under my email and logged in on the website but the app doesn't recognize it and instead wants me to make a new profile. I tried to edit and Go back in to make sure I clicked the correct button and it will not let me go back. I had to uninstall the app and install it to try again and same thing happened. Locations not online and I'm in the top 7 largest city in the USA.
No Houston TX locations even though there are numerous ones around town. Not very user friendly.
