Extremely slow app , many errors pop up almost impossible to get a ticket on the spot
The prices advertised are in CAD, but they charge you in USD. If you then turn around and sell those tickets, the money comes back to you in CAD minus a service fee for selling. So I'm now out over $100 for tickets that I could've bought on Ticketmaster for $4 more than TickPick's price. If you're Canadian, don't use this app!
Bought concert tickets but never got them and cancelled my order after taking my money. Won't use this app again.
The cities it let's you pick are very spread out and do not include major hubs, like St. Louis. To that end, it only shares events in the cities it lists.
The service is overpriced, and the price match guarantee is a joke. They sold me tickets for $127 each. I found tickets in the same section on ticketmaster for $83.71. They declined the price match claim. Yes, I provided screenshots to prove the price. Use ticketmaster. You'll save a lot of money.
