The app is horrible. 3 times in a row the order never went through. It's on me that I didn't double check my email, but when I get the 7-11 minute notification and come pick up your order I'd assume everything is fine. 4-7 second delay after every click. Food 5 star. App 0 star if I could.
Logs me out all of the time and doesn't send the reset link when I have to reset my password
Immediately upon downloading, unchecked email me. Not only did the app automatically recheck it, they emailed me with in MINUTES of downloading. Kinda sus behavior for a company. I'm sure there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for ignoring your customer's request. I canceled my order too. If this is how they treat their customers, like a data farm, I won't five them my business.

Super clunky and lagging. When I have food in the cart, it keeps asking to start an order.
I've wasted time three different times in the past week trying to place an order online. The app freezes and glitches. It's frustrating to say the least.
Does not connect to Google pay. Very limited ways to customize your food compared to other restaurant apps, for example no option to switch out protein type in sandwiches and you can't put grilled onion on the fries even though they have it as a topping.
App is slow, unresponsive, and never works when I try to check out. I try to do the automatic card feature, and it never works (this is the only app that doesn't work), and then when I type it manually it still won't let me check out.
