Recent Reports
All the listings in prime membership which I took were fake. There were nearly 20 listings in the name of Doshi Europhia and falling waters with the rent of 20k which are completely fake and ask for 2k token advance via UPI to visit the property. I reported the same and told magicbrick about the scam and it's been a month and I still see the listings as verified MB PRIME listing. MB prime is compltely fake and magicbricks is encouraging such scammers by not blocking them.
Worst app worst customer service.. my 5000 rupees went waste with this app. I just deleted the whole thing. They are scammers.
Very poor experience this app is all locked doesn't show the pictures or location Unless you fully authorise the app
I paid 700 rupees just for one rental house to visit. I filtered out rental for bachelors, owner refused to give that house to bachelors. What is the meaning of filter in your site. If it's not verified. I lost my 700 rupees to this
I am rera certify Real estate agent. I written this mail due to some issues of my magic bricks package. Due to follow reason I renewed my magic bricks package continue 3rd time . Before I renew my package my magicbox dashboard shows Gold member , my agent score was 8.4 and if I renew my package then I become platinum member, and my agent score will be between 9-10 . But after renewal of my package suddenly my agent score decreased to 7.8 and my position become silver member From Gold member.
Worst app ever. Even after buying the prime pro plan, it doesn't show the prime listings and filters, asks to buy again. Before buying this, they used to call daily and help in finding property. They longer take the calls and solve any issue. Earlier they were pushing whatsapp message for every action and spamming it. They are just hungry for your money. Never buy their any plan. It sucks.
Really bad application. Their only motive is to make us but the subscription, even after that the number of properties we can contact is limited. We have to again wait to pay the next subscription and then we can contact new owners. That is absolutely useless. They will show the properties and won't share the owner details, if at all it's shared it's a fake number. This application is a big scam. Only taking money but no use of it. I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS APPLICATION TO ANYONE.

Whenever i try to open this app be it any time of the day, the thing that firsts appear is that Magicbricks can not be opened as there is a runtime error This message pops up everytime I try to open the app, I am not at all satisfied with this app
